CPM, the umbrella company, offers an unrivalled portfolio of services to freelance IT and engineering professionals at home and abroad. We're based in the UK but our service covers the UK, Europe and the Middle East; meaning you can choose the work you want, secure in the knowledge that we'll be with you every step of the way.
Our success is founded on our commitment to our clients. We offer individually tailored client specific services to consultants and freelancers operating within a management, support, programming or hardware structure, whether on a PAYE Limited company basis, or self-employed.
Our philosophy is very simple: make life easy for Freelancers, agencies and clients.
At CPM, we administer your dealings efficiently, effectively, and to best legal advantage. We take responsibility for your paperwork; fill in your forms and administer your P45's and P60's; we'll even guide you through the IR35 maze. We remove all the barriers to contractor/agency/client relationships and make them work - the way you've always known they should.
In short, because we make the time for the Freelancer to do what he does best: contractor work; you improve efficiency and increase profits.
The CPM team are experts in IT, finance and administration; more importantly we have practical hands-on experience of the industry's needs, from the perspective of agency, Freelancer and client. CPM is a specialist umbrella service provider. It is NOT an accountancy firm with an umbrella service on the side. Our unique blend of experience and expertise differentiates CPM from our competitors and is one of the reasons why we're a market leader in the IT contracting industry.
CPM is based at Haseley Manor in Warwickshire, England. Unlike offshore companies, we're subject to UK laws and regulations, giving you 100% security and complete peace of mind. But we're not tied to the UK. With representative offices in the Republic of Ireland and the Netherlands, plus a network of associates covering other EU countries, CPM is structured to cater for the growing movement of Freelancers working across country, currency and tax borders. No matter what combination of invoice, remittance and payroll currency is required, CPM will accommodate it. We can even take responsibility for contract negotiations and oversee the increasingly complex contractual terms and conditions, IR35 problems?; just leave it to us!
Our focus is on meeting our clients' needs - personally. We will reassure the first time Freelancer and provide as much or as little support as required by our more experienced Freelancers. That's the benefit of the umbrella company service.
