Meet The Team
Over the last twelve months we’ve tried to keep you up to date with the new arrivals at CPM. But it’s been such a busy year, we though it was high time we gave you a complete rundown of the senior team as we head into our biggest year yet.
Solomon Williams FCCA MBA (Managing Director)
Solomon is a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 20 years of taxation and management experience. He is the founder of CPM; Prior to that he held senior positions with chartered accountancy practices in London and Hertfordshire, and in finance with the marketing arm of Volkswagen UK. He holds an MBA from Cranfield University and also taught for several years on the MBA program at Warwick University Business School. His specialist areas are taxation and remuneration management for clients in the UK and overseas. He is in general accountancy and taxation practice, married with two boys and lives in Warwickshire.
Tony Edwards MBA MA BA(Hons) MIBC
CPM’s International Sales & Marketing Manager has a strong financial services background having held senior customer acquisition, retention and care posts with three of the major UK building societies. Tony is responsible for ensuring that all CPM customers receive appropriate solutions accurately and speedily. He holds a masters in Business Administration and the insurance industry’s Financial Planning Certificates.
Tony has been a business consultant for many Midlands companies – helping them plan, finance and grow their businesses and now enjoys ensuring that everyone makes CPM their first choice. He is a member of The Institute of Business Consulting.
Married with three children - Tony lives in Worcestershire. He has travelled the world teaching management skills and academic business qualifications to junior and senior managers in diverse industries from shipping and engineering to medicine - for Midland universities.
Tony is proud to be a graduate of Leadership Trust, Bath and London universities.
Maxine Roberts ACMA MAAT
Maxine joined CPM at the beginning of October to perform the Financial Accounting role for both CPM and the CPMA companies. She is our Head of Finance and has spent 20 years working in various Finance departments, mainly in the Financial Services sector, and has held senior management positions within finance for the last 10 years. During this time she studied for two professional qualifications, starting with the AAT, becoming qualified in 1992, moving onto CIMA, qualifying as a Management Accountant in 2003. She actually passed the exams in 1998 but her daughter also made her appearance that year, so practical experience to obtain her letters came second to sleepless nights and changing nappies!
Maxine lives in Warwick with her daughter and various animals, all of which takes up most of her free time!
Rhoda Luckett
Rhoda joined CPM at the beginning of January 2007 as Payroll Manager. Prior to joining the company Rhoda held similar roles within the Retail and Healthcare sectors and also worked for twenty one years for BT in various financial roles. The majority of Rhoda’s experience lies within the payroll process and she is responsible for processing payments for both UK employees and international ones; the international market being an area in which CPM is rapidly expanding.
Rhoda lives in Solihull and has a grown up family with whom she enjoys relaxing at the weekends.
Anthony Hodgson
Anthony has been with CPM since July 2004 and is now our UK Sales Manager, he is the man to ensure that all our services to UK based contractors are excellent and always improving - but is also most expereienced in all the company’s administration and customer service delivery side of the organisation. Anthony holds a HND in Business Management and has worked in various sales roles globally, including time spent in Australia and New Zealand. He returned to the UK and worked for a high street bank before joining CPM.
Anthony is married with one child and lives in Leamington Spa. In his spare time he enjoys a round of golf and watching Coventry City.
Joanne Fryer
Joanne joined the team in February to become the organization's Administration Manager reporting to Tony Edwards - Joanne is a highly experienced young business manager with experience gathered at Cheltenham & Gloucester Building Society and with other key service providers.
Joanne will be speaking to many of you as she handles many aspects of CPM services including the processing of timesheets and invoicing responsibilities. Joanne is always cheerful and happy to work with contractors to ensure that get the very best financial benefits and is often involved in special projects for CPM to improve and extend the range of the services offered. She has a rare ability to remember names and details and will quickly become the 'best friend' of many CPM contractors.
Joanne lives in Leamington Spa.
Mandy Heath
Mandy came to CPM as a most experienced Payroll Administrator from the Cadbury Schweppes organisation. She has worked for several companies delivering similar support work and we are fortunate to welcome Mandy here to work closely for Maxine Roberts, Rhoda Luckett and the finance department. Mandy lives in nearby Redditch and is very much a family lady. Welcome to CPM Mandy!
Andrew Grevett
Andrew joined CPM in 2009 as an Account Manager.
Andrew is the first point of contact for agencies and corporate clients in London and the South East. As an accomplished sales professional, he is responsible for business development and maintaining client relationships.
Andrew spent five years in the Army qualifying as an aircraft engineer before working as Senior Account Manager for a financial market maker in London. He lives in central London.
Sally Jamieson
Sally adds a great deal to the Warwick UK based team and will be PA to the MD Solomon Williams. Sally comes with a wealth of experience. She lives in Sutton Coldfield with her husband and children but originates from Warwick. She will assist the CPM management team in developing CPM links with internationally based intermediaries and end user client companies. Her skills include speaking and reading in the German and the French languages and she will enable CPM to be quicker to interpret and enter into and implement all kinds of compliant international contracts and agreements. With lots of experience accumulated in running and developing her own successful company and working as a PA in a very high powered competitive professional business world Sally will enhance the existing team at our Administrative Centre. Sally will also report to Tony Edwards on all marketing initiatives.
Frank Badhams FCCA
Has joined the team to work closely with our accountancy firm SWC Management Services Ltd. Working closely with the CPM team Frank brings an exceptionally high level of accountancy experience with him.
